Back from an absolutely stellar week in my old stomping grounds, New York City.
NYC is the food capital of the world. And even though I have a body composition goal on the horizon, the LAST thing I was going to do was squander a chance to hit up my favorite restaurants and dessert shops and of course, enjoy some real New York pizza.
And yes, more than a few Manhattans and my new love, the moody Moscow Mule.
But after a week of this I did pack on a few — 7 days is a long stretch of uninhibited eating — so I have to make tracks.
Because 8 weeks is not a long time at all. So now, my shit is on like Donkey Kong.
