An important discussion was sparked by an experience Carey Pierce shared in the Physique Mastery Movement support community today.

Today, Carey was stoked to hit the gym and bump up the weight. She felt great and was ready to kick some ass. But as soon as the workout began she noticed that she didn’t quite have the strength she was expecting to have.

Afterward she felt bummed out that her body wasn’t cooperating. Hearing this bummed Scott and I out. That’s not what this experience is supposed to be like at all. So we dedicated this episode of the Physique Mastery Podcast to the important differences between intuitive training vs chasing numbers.
